My perception of introducing a child to the world of LEGO®, building fun always begin from LEGO® DUPLO® bricks. With its big in size, warm and bright colourful bricks making them perfect for small hands and growing curiosity and wonderful imaginations. It helps to stimulate children’s appetite for learning through play. They can go on creating and developing in so many different ways.
As a father of two children, I was immediately impressed with LEGO® uniqueness concept & creativeness design. I absolutely love the idea of exposing more children to science and engineering at early age. Not only because it was a way to encourage children to invent in numerous ways, it also engaging different types of thinking, supporting children’s imaginations, making time and space for creation and providing different supplies to encourage creativity. Even if children’s initial “inventions” don’t account realistically, it is important to recognise that they are the products of serious thought and experimentation.
